For the purpose of protecting controlling the Covid-19 pandemic in the Magway Region, SCVG starts monthly mobile forewarning to raise public awareness on Covid-19 in villages within Thayet and Aunglan Townships. In addition to this, after consulting with the village administrator, informative vinyl and posters are also shared in villages.
This initiative is implemented by Social Care Volunteer Group (SCVG) cooperation with Ma Hay Thi from Thayet Township and Youth Committee from Aunglan Township as a program of International Organization for Migration (IOM) funded by LIFT fund.
“To protect and control the transmission of Covid-19, please stay at home. Every time you go outside, please wear a mask. For sneezing and coughing, please use your elbow. Wash your hands carefully by following the washing instructions”
