SCVG will implement the following five core strategies within the period of 2018 to 2030.
SCVG will be doing capacity building and empowerment actions - in the areas of Disaster Risk Management, Good Governance, Peace and Justice, and Health related matters – for Myanmar children and youths as well as those of people around by enhancing their knowledge, attitude and skills related to the selected areas.
SCVG will be creating a holistic space for children and youths in Myanmar which will enable them to learn about Disaster Risk Management, Good Governance, Peace and Justice, and Health related matters, at the same time, they will get actionable information and experience and they will also be helped to empower and enhance their knowledge, skills, team spirit, leadership, ability to create a perfect network between them. This will lead to some achievement -- those empowered youths would have or be able to contribute for the positive social changes of the country.
SCVG will be doing children and youths related researches on the areas of Disaster Risk Management, Good Governance, Peace & Justice, and Health related matters in Myanmar.
SCVG will be advocating with respective people and the government officials on the areas of Disaster Risk Management, Good Governance, Peace and Justice, and Health related matters in Myanmar, so as to influence the government’s policies, and rules and regulations to be more efficient and effective, for that SCVG will be approaching them in various ways.
SCVG will be building a good partnership and good wills with individuals or organizations who share the same values and approach of working on Disaster Risk Management, Good Governance, Peace and Justice, and Health related matters for the sake of children and youths in Myanmar.
To be a conflict and disaster resilient society for children and youths in Myanmar in 2030.
To influence the government in formulating and implementing policies, laws, rule and regulations conducive to protection and empowerment of children and youths in 2030.
By 2030, SCVG commits to uplift the health status for children and youths by disease prevention and control and ensuring access to health care services across the targeted geographical areas.
To establish a Just and Peaceful society for children and youths in 2030.
